He was predeceased by: his parents, Golda Douglas and Garland Douglas; his stepfather Millard Smith; his sister Nancy Luckey; and his brother-in-law Roland Luckey.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Douglas of Carpenter, MS; his children, Holly Gomez (John) of Jackson and Buck Douglas (Kate) of Hernando, MS; his brother Tommy Douglas of Jackson; and his grandchildren, Hayes Gomez, Jacob Gomez, Morgan Gomez, Elise Douglas and Emmy Lou Douglas.
