He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Neill and Carolyn Neill; his brother Randy Neill; and his father-in-law Jack Burger. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Burger Neill; his son Austin Neill; his sisters, Sheila Lyons and Rhonda Jones; and his stepchildren, Jason Cade, Tiffani Cade (Brendon) and Megan McDaniel. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
