She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvin Ford and Helen Tompkins Ford; her siblings, Lena Belle Ford, Buddy Ford and Joy Lane Ford; and her children, Rusty Fowler and Tina Carraway.
She is survived by: her husband Lamar Cook; her daughters, Emma Carraway and Annie Lee (Donnie); and her siblings, Ray Ford (Jan), Jeff Ford and Marianne "Nan" Russell. She is also survived by 5 granddaughters, 6 grandsons and 5 great-granddaughters.
