He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Curtis and Minnie Mae Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Young Curtis; his children, Scott Allen Curtis, Lacey Nunnally and Emily Mathes; and his grandchildren, Morgan Carr, Brayden Curtis, Abbey Hibbert and Jacob Nunnally. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
