She was predeceased by: her husband Gene Neill; her parents, William Ponder and Pheba Ponder; her siblings, Willie Mae Dent, Catherine Miley and Ray Ponder; and her stepson Randy Neill.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Lyons of Byram and Kirk Neill (Jackie) of Utica; her stepdaughter Rhonda Jones of Florence; her grandchildren, Sydney Charlton (Joseph), Christopher Cunningham (Stephanie), Austin Neill, Shanna Moorhead, Kristin Summers (Nate), Taylor Neill (Samar) and Landon Neill (Morgan); and her siblings, Bill Ponder (Glenda), Paul Ponder (Martha), Bobbie Jean Tuggle and Lerah Busby. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
