He is survived by: his mother Iva Nell Swindle of Noxapater; his children, Sabrina Swindle of Newton, MS and Clay Swindle of Noxapater; his siblings, Debra Gomez (Frank) of Houston, TX, Michele Yates (Michael) of Noxapater and Thomas Swindle of Noxapater; and his grandchildren, Carly Grace Swindle and Liam Thomas Eaves. He is also survived by 6 nieces and 5 nephews.
