He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Stamper and Mary Stamper of Winchester; his wife Kim Stamper of Winchester; his daughter Haley Marie Stamper of Winchester; and his siblings, James Stamper (Krissy) of Winchester, Richard Stamper (Neda) of Winchester, Vanessa Cruz (Jorge) of Winchester, Betty Bowling (Wayne) of Winchester and Mandy Mendoza of Winchester.
