He was predeceased by: his parents, William Neese and Erma Neese; and his siblings, Cecil Neese, Alton Neese, Luther Neese, Lessi Fryer, Elba Savell and Sara Estes.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Neese; his children, Cathy Jackson and Wendell Jeff Neese; his grandchildren, Dreama Savell, Misty Savell and Shaun Savell; and his brother Kenneth Neese. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
