He was predeceased by: his parents, John Williams and Cora Williams; and his siblings, John Williams Jr. and Margie Moss. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Karey Williams, Steve Williams Jr. (Camille) and Stephany Winstead (Richard); his grandchildren, Krissy Long of Steve Williams, III, Dalton Williams and Madison Williams; his great grandchild Beau Long; and his sister Jane Miller.
