She was predeceased by: her parents, Gloria Ann Kuhn and Joe Wayne Perry; and her sisters, Lucy Hernandez and Desire Perry. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Sullivan of Union; her daughter Tiffany McLenon; her siblings, Diane Phillips of Carthage, Terry Kuhn and Doug Perry of Columbus, OH; and her stepsons, Johnathon Sullivan and Jeremy Sullivan Mrs. She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren.
