He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Frazier and Linnie Frazier; and his brothers, Donald Frazier and James Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Pam Lackey Frazier; his children, Donny Frazier, Daryn Frazier and DeAnn Frazier Peterson (Curt); his stepsons, Todd, Judd and Hayden; his brothers, Willie Frazier (Willa) and Bob; and his sister-in-law Georgia Lackey Walker. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
