He was predeceased by: his sister Beverly Thames; and his parents, Roxie Hunter and Grady Hoye. He is survived by: his daughters, Mariah Hoye (Marshall), Teresa Broadnax (Hubert), Kimberly Loper (Paul) and Charlotte Loper (Tornto); and his brother-in-law Robert Lee Gibson (Ruthie).
