She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Rachel Walters, Hurley Horne, Buck and Sue Scott. She is survived by: her husband Bernie Thompson; and her brothers, Brooks Horne (Melinda), Morgan Horne and Bruce Horne. She is also survived by numerous aunt, uncles, and cousins.
