He is survived by: his children, Johnny Watkins (Dana) of Philadelphia, Ricky Watkins (Misty) of Union, Tammy Graham (Jay) of Philadelphia and Missy Johnson of Philadelphia; his stepchildren, Terry Whitehead, Sandy Johnson (Dewayne) and Tinsey Spears (Randy); and his siblings, Billy Watkins, Johnny Watkins, Brenda Fredrick, Diane Kelly and Frances Odom. He is also survived by 19 Grandchildren 26 Great-Grandchildren.
