She was predeceased by: her husbands, J. B. Killingsworth and Gleason Cooksey; and her siblings, Marcell May, Ina Mae Idom, Era Ezell, Thomas Blackburn, Cary Blackburn, Minton Blackburn and Robert Blackburn.
She is survived by: her daughter Beth Killingsworth of Brandon; her nieces, Martha Clark, Sue Dramer and Peggy Sullivan; and her nephew Steve Sullivan. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
