She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Catherine Culpepper (Harold Hollingsworth) and Odis Lee Culpepper; her brothers, Edward Culpepper and Elton Culpepper; her mother-in-law Ruby Hollingsworth; her siblings-in-law, Freddie Joe Hollingsworth and Shirley Allen; her nephews, Wade Boyd and Carlos Leach; and her close friends, Kenneth Reeves and Olivia Reid.

She is survived by: her husband Robert Harold Hollingsworth; her children, Marty Hollingsworth (Stacey) of Decatur and Marci Ferguson (John) of Decatur; her grandchildren, Charley Hollingsworth, Seth Hollingsworth, Kirkland Ferguson, Inna Ferguson, Asya Ferguson, Preslee Ferguson, Vitaly Ferguson and Max Ferguson; her siblings, Bonnie Boyd of Madison, Linda Milling (Clark) of Decatur, Patsy Leach of Lake, Sandra Creel of Forest, Dianne Burkes (Danny) of Forest, Earnest Culpepper (Susan) of Star, Melton and Ronald Wayne Culpepper of Abbeville Georgia; and her sisters-in-law, Charlotte Nicholson of Linwood and Dot Hollingsworth of Union. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
