It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Joyner Rickles of Union, Mississippi, who passed away on December 28, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Quinn Joiner and Iva Mae Joiner; her siblings, Mayzelle Watkins and Arlo Joiner; and her great great grandchild Zoe Lilly Rigdon.
She is survived by: her children, Gay Rigdon (Milford) of Union, Brenda Fortenberry (Buddy) of Philadelphia and Everett "Rick" Rickles (Patty) of Meridian; and her siblings, Nanette Winstead (Wayne) of Union, James "Buddy" Joyner of Dallas, TX, Junior Joyner of Union and Billy Joyner (Audine) of Union. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren.
