It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leroy Yates (Union, Mississippi), who passed away on August 10, 2019, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma Reba Yates; and his daughters, Brenda Ann Yates Smith and Beatrice Irene Yates Housley. He is survived by: his children, William Yates of Union and Willie Yates; his son-in-law Mike Housley; his grandchildren, Timothy Coblentz and Jamie Rozell Dewey Smith (Deanna); and his sister Mary Hensley. He is also survived by 15 Great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
