He is survived by: his daughter Madysn Duett; the mother of his child Brianna Pierce; his parents, Diane Duett and Chet Duett; his siblings, Macie Monk (Tyler) and Gillis Duett; his niece Karter Monk; his grandparents, Tommie Cleveland and Chester Duett, Jr. (Gayle); his great-grandparent Carleen Graham; his aunts, Donna Killen (Ron) and Mignon Hatch (Brian); and his close friend Juan.
