He was predeceased by: his father Charles Edward Franklin; and his brother Bobby Gene Franklin (Carolyn) of Union, MS. He is survived by: his mother Mattie Kelly; his sisters, Gatha Skinner (Ottis) and Beverly Bassett (Sal); and his stepsiblings, Kimberly Kendall, Robby, Chris and Allen Kelly. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Mr. Franklin, 62, of Union, died Friday, August 13, 2021, at Rush Foundation Hospital in Meridian.
