She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Winnie Mae Hill Grisham (Joe) of New Albany and Carlton Beaty; her children, Mary Hardin of Ecru, B. J, Harold Burks of Myrtle, Vickie Turner of Ecru and Rose Watson of Etta; and her husband B. T. Burks. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
