With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eliana Araya Richardson (Union, Mississippi), who passed away on October 21, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roberto Araya and Filomena Gomez (Nena); and her husband Charles. She is survived by: her daughters, Gwendolyn R. Pate of Hattiesburg, Karen R. Gardner (Buddy) of Union and JanNelle Rivers of Las Vegas, NV.; her grandchildren, Charles A. "Andy" Pate of Hattiesburg, Joseph Taylor "JT" Gardner of Union, Stevan Gardner, David and Karen; and also Richardson.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Union Public Library at 101 Peachtree St. Union, MS 39365.
