He is survived by: his daughter Bobbie Hunter Russell; his grandchildren, Akemia Fisher (Gregory) and Darius Donald; his siblings, Shirley Windham (William), Henry Russell and George Russell (Melvina); and his sister-in-law Fannie Mae Russell.
