She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Evans and Goldie Evans; her daughter Jeannie Jordan; and her siblings, Tommie Evans and Elaine Trimble.
She is survived by: her husband John Entrekin, Sr.; her children, Billy Dempsey and Nikki Sample; her stepchildren, John Entrekin, Jr., Chris Entrekin and Tori Strickland; and her siblings, David Evans and Nancy Chadwick. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
