He was predeceased by: his daughter Kathy Strickland; his grandson David Kyle Holley; and his parents, Henry Herrington and Alma Herrington. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Herrington; his children, Lesia Bruno (Joey) and Clentis Herrington (Reba) of Union; and his brother Leo Herrington of Decatur. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.
