She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Wayne and Charlotte Jewel Thomas Foster; her son Robert Grant Rhynes; her siblings, Cindy Bishop (Chris) of Baldwyn, Betty Jarvis (Jeff) of New Albany, Debbie Kinsey of Memphis, Tracie Young (Shannon) of Myrtle, Carol Sweatman of Myrtle and David Foster (Karen) of Blue Springs; her husband Jim Rhynes; and her children, Miranda Michelle Seger and Philip Wayne Rhynes. She was also cherished by three grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
