He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Gary Sanford and Barbara Ann Stewart Anderson; and his brother Larry Sanford. He is survived by: his brother Gary Sanford of Decatur; his nephews, Bo Sanford of Pearl and Stewart Sanford of Preston; his niece Katie Collins (Hunter) of Theodore, AL; and his great-nieces, MaeLeigh Sanford and Josie Haven. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
