We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2019, at the age of 63, Betty Carter (Union, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernice Williams and James Williams; and her brother Jimmy Williams. She is survived by: her husband Carter; her children, William Foster (Suzanne) and Rhonda Browning; her grandchildren, Brittany Carpenter (Zach), Tiffany Browning and Christopher Foster; and her sisters, Nell Powell and Peggy Allen.
