She was predeceased by: her parents, Thad Rushing and Mattie Rushing; her husband Carse Whittington; her son Jeffrey Dewayne Loflin; and her granddaughter Jean Elizabeth Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Keith Loflin (Sissy), Rhonda Lynn McKenzie and Rebecca Elizabeth Craft; her grandchildren, Dustin McKenzie, Robert Ard (Jessica), Joseph Loflin, Brandy Ard, Jennifer Cripps and Amber Loflin Moreno; and her brother Harlon Rushing (Janell). She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
