He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian Magee and Otis Magee; and his siblings, Kenneth Magee, Nell Magee, Faye Bailey and Sara Magee.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Magee; his children, Perry Magee, Peggy Bates (Eddie) and Polly Patten (Arlen); his grandchildren, Brooke Crawford, Lauren Wilson (Sparks), Kimberly Patten, Amber Butler (Richard) and Steven Patten (Deidre); his great grandchildren, Brady Crawford, S. J. Wilson, Hank Wilson, Colt Wilson, Lane Patten, John Butler, Sadie Wilson, Lily Patten, Isabella Leggett and Madalynn Leggett; and his sisters, Mary-Ruth Lacy and JoAnn Bommer.
