She is survived by: her husband Roy A Johnson; her children, Jacob Rafal (Olivia), Rachel Stringer (Noah), Taylar and Sarah Rafal (Miguel); her grandchildren, Peanut, Isabella, Giada, Korban, Maximus, London, Rowan, Stoney, Faith, Jonah, Ivy, Keli, River and Gage; and her brother Rob Fogle (Lynnette).
