He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Skinner and Pauline Skinner; and his sister Clara Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Skinner; his children, Cherie Bailey (Scott), Shane Skinner (Gina) and Shay Skinner; his grandchildren, Scott Blackwell, Jake Blackwell (Miranda), Samantha Bailey, Jordan Bailey, Bane Skinner and Eli Skinner; his great grandchildren, Kenzie Blackwell, River Blackwell, Beau Blackwell and Lana Grace Blackwell; his sister Margaret Packwood; his niece Dusty; and his brother-in-law Vic Holmes.
