He is survived by: his wife Linda Ann McKenzie; his children, Dustin McKenzie and Jennifer McKenzie; his stepchildren, Jason Parham (Susan), Jeremy Parham (Casey) and Amy Bourgeois (Jason); and his brother Odell McKenzie. He is also survived by 1 grandchild; 10 step grandchildren.
