He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Amundson; his children, Audrey Amundson, Courtney Conerly, John Chris McKenzie and Randy Amundson, II; his siblings, Roberta Stogner (Darrell), Cindy Romero (Kevin), Jane Statham (Willie), Dana Nason, Karrie Amundson, Brad Evans, Jeff Amundson (Susan) and Kenny Amundson (Kate); and his grandchildren, Keyton Amundson, Bryden Coyne, Titan Carroll, Madelynn Conerly, Elizabeth McKenzie and John McKenzie.
