She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Howard Surber; her daughter Janice Lynn Surber; and her siblings, Nancy E. Ewton and Aubrey G. Balch. She is survived by: her children, Victoria Liegh Kile (Ken), Pamela Ann Shepherd (Tommy) and Alan Wray Surber (Amy); her grandchildren, Charles Minor (Kristie), Jay Minor (Stephanie), Lee Shepherd (Haley), Jacob Shepherd (Janna), Catherine Shepherd, Cody McDonald (Ariana), Katelyn Surber Fox (Jimmy) and Joshua Surber; her sister Ann Geraldine; and her brother-in-law Jimmy Eugene Surber. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
