He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Ward and Edward Ward; and his siblings, James Ward, Jerry Ward, Eddie Ward, George Ward, Fay Buchannan, Annie King, Wilma Breland and Evelyn McCleoud.
He is survived by: his wife Bernita Ward; his sons, Chad Ward and Cody Ward; his grandson Tripp Ward; and his sister June Bourque. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations to the St. Jude Children's Hospital be made in Mr. Wards memory.
