He is survived by: his children, Joshua Puckett (Stephanie) of Manchester, TN and Eliza Jane Puckett of Summitt, MS; his granddaughters, Pamela Jones of Birmingham, AL and Jasmine Lee of Carthage, MS; his siblings, Cindy Bethel (Cliff) of Labelle, FL, Lisa Bailey of Lake, MS, Christy Archie of Lake, MS, Shannon Puckett of Newton, Tammy Hollingsworth of Magee, Randy Puckett (Donnie) of Duson, LA, Keith Puckett of Morton and Ray Puckett (Linda) of Forest; and his grandchildren, Devin and Jalynn Puckett. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
