He is survived by: his wife Cindy Thomas Blackwell; his children, Justin Blackwell and Brittany Blackwell; his granddaughter Rozalynn Cheek; his father Dwight Blackwell; and his siblings, Walter Blackwell, Dwight Blackwell (Tricia), Michelle Barnes (Jeff), Jessica Ingalls (Robert) and Jennifer Benson (Patrick). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
