She was predeceased by: her parents, Beulah Welch and William Welch of Franklinton Louisiana; her husband Frank Davis; and her brother Carter Welch. She is survived by: her daughters, Gail Ratliff (William) and Connie Hall (Troy); and her grandchildren, Amy Townsend (Dale), Melissa Bush (Adam), Lacey Sisson (Roy), Adam Hall (Amber) and Landon Ratliff (Kristin). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, nephews, friends.
