She was predeceased by: her parents, Della Williams and Fred Williams; her husband Charles Walker; her daughter Deborah Lynn Capps; and her brother Fred Paul Williams.
She is survived by: her son Kent Capps (Laurie); her grandchildren, Katie Young, Olivia Young, Parker Young and Casey Rae Young; and her siblings, James Earl Williams (Carol) and Sherry Blackwell (Alan). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
The family requested that memorials be made to the ASPCA in lieu of flowers should you wish to donate.
