She was predeceased by: her father Wilton Magee; her husband Wyatt Fortenberry; her mother Catherine Wood Magee; her brother John I. Magee; her siblings-in-law, Willis Fortenberry, Doris Davis Fortenberry, Fred Evans and Doyle London; and her daughter-in-law Diane Mielke Fortenberry.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Fortenberry (Stephenie) and Terri Prevost (Waylon); her grandsons, Colter Fortenberry and Grayson Fortenberry (Nikki); her great grandchild Cooper Fortenberry; her sisters, Peggy London and Mary Magee; and her sisters-in-law, Elaine Stogner Magee and Joyce Fortenberry Evans. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the church.
