He is survived by: his wife Frances McKenzie; his children, Gary Marion McKenzie (Sylvia McKenzie), Becky Dickerson (Tim Dickerson), Cindy Smith (Chad Smith) and Christy Yarborough (Chad Yarborough); his grandchildren, Jason McKenzie, Ashley Greene (Travis Greene), Stephanie Harper, Johnny McKenzie (Becca Gaudet), Craig Dickerson (Alex Dickerson), Corey Dickerson (Beth Anne Dickerson), Heather Coker (Tyler Coker), Brayden Smith, Caleb Yarborough, Elleana Smith, Caylee Grace Davis (Zane Davis) and Caden Yarborough; and his siblings, Virginia Sauls, Henry Earl McKenzie (Ginn McKenzie), Dewayne Thornton (Debbie Thornton), Harold Thornton (Susan Thornton) and James Thornton (Jeri Thornton). He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
