He is survived by: his daughters, Tamara Payne Tolar and Renee Payne Lampkin; his siblings, Donald Payne, Jesse Nelson Payne Jr., Percy Albert Payne, Charles Lawrence Payne, Peggy Payne Bealer, Elsie Payne Sutton, Katherine Payne Peneguy, Sue Payne Guillory, Diane Payne Patten and Barbara Payne Delnero; his grandchildren, Keely Tolar Hollern, Logan Van Tolar, Allison Claire Lampkin, Spencer Payne Lampkin and Jackson Harvey Lampkin; and his great grandchildren, Porter Tullos Hollern, Bennett Sibley Hollern, Brycen James Tolar and Addylin Mae Tolar.
