He is survived by: his mother Willie Nell Rushing Whittington; his son Joseph D. Loflin (Renee); and his siblings, Keith Loflin (Sissy), Rhonda McKenzie, Rebecca Craft, Isaac Loflin, Zayla Loflin and Jolie Loflin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
