He was predeceased by: his parents, Lieutillous Elonzo Wood and Gloria Gertrude Duprat Wood. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Sandifer Wood; his daughters, Tracy Wood Comeaux (David) and Casey Renee Wood; his grandchildren, William Noah Comeaux, Kathryn Denny Comeaux and Dylan Leighann Clark; his siblings, Danny Wood (Linda), Judy Holmes (John Ray), Karen Thomas (Ted) and Deborah Helton (Buddy); and his close friend Wilson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in honor of Mr. Gary to Calvary Baptist Church 377 Kirkland Rd Tylertown, MS 39667.
