She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Grady Rice and Susie McCoy Rice; and her siblings, Tom Rice, Paul Rice and Mattie Rice (Elton Waring).
She is survived by: her daughter Jan Waring Palfreyman (Bill); her grandchildren, Tessa and Brandon; her son Don Waring (Vicki); her grandchildren, Lori and Alan; her great grandchildren, Sue Beth Waring Johnson, Marlowe, Roman, Benjamin, Jason, Eliza and Peyton Neeley; and also, Christina Johnson Neeley (Bill) and Lucas.
