He is survived by: his children, Charlotte Cox of Foxworth, Shannon Terrell (Arkin) of Foxworth and Stacy Phelps (Chrystal) of Jayess; his brothers, Obie Phelps (Brenda) of Magnolia and Robert Phelps (Faye) of Foxworth; his grandchildren, Jacob Phelps, Garrett Phelps, Staclyn Phelps, Blake Cox (Zoe), Kelsey Cox, Chelsey Cox, Karmon Terrell, Karla Terrell, Kamey Terrell and Karsyn Terrell; and his great grandchild Zavanna Jensen. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
