She was predeceased by: her parents, Verner Neese and Gillie Russell Neese; her husband Isaac Mullen; her children, William "Mac" Moore (Elizabeth) and Jackie Hewitt; and her siblings, Dorothy Goins, Louise Compton, L. V. Neese and Nelson Neese.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Bossier (Eugene), Jeff Moore (Anna), Steve Moore (Karen), Marlvin Mullen, Maureen Danmiller (Brian), Brenda Jeter, Robert Mullen (Wanda), Perry Mullen (Liz) and Phillip Mullen; and her niece Barbara Whitehead. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
