She is survived by: her husband Offie Simmons, Jr.; her children, Lorraine Hernandez, Debra Fos, James Hernandez, Jr., Danny Hernandez, Ricky Hernandez and Jim Simmons; and her brother Jerry Arcement. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends.
