He was predeceased by: his parents, Effie Ard and Willie Ard. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ard; his sons, David Ard, Robert Ard (Jessica) and Allen Ard (Kayla); and his siblings, Claude Ard, Donald Ard and Carolyn Price. He is also survived by 34 great grandchildren; 17 great great grandchildren.
